Brian Jadro

Brian is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst who earned his Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis at Simmons University. Brian is a professor at Umass Boston and William James College and is the Clinical Director for a not for profit agency, providing ABA services to individuals with autism. His interests lie in the fields of Behavioral Medicine and Sustainability.

Dan Fredericks

Dan has worked in the field of behavior analysis for seven years mostly with children with Autism. For the majority of this time, he has also been interested in living a sustainable and environmentally friendly lifestyle. Although his primary background is with children with Autism, behavior analysis can be applied to all of human behavior. He is excited to have this opportunity to combine two of his passions.

Jonathan Kimball

Jonathan Kimball, Ph.D., BCBA-D received a doctorate in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from The Ohio State University. He is a self-employed special education consultant in Maine, specializing in early intervention for children with autism. Recent sustainability related endeavors include conducting a grant-funded project that sought to increase recycling at tailgate events during home football games at Ohio State, and co-developing a food waste diversion project for a high school cafeteria that received the 2019 Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy (BABAT) Behavior Change for a Sustainable World research award. With William L. Heward he has authored two articles on “Conservation Clue,” a way to use games of chance to encourage pro-environmental behavior in congregate settings. The game had its first large-scale implementation at the Ohio Association for Behavior Analysis conference in February, 2020, with more chapter conferences to follow.

Katie Arnold

Katie is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst. She received her graduate degree from Western New England University and has 6 years’ experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disabilities. Katie’s interests include the dissemination of behavior analysis, especially in the fields of animal behavior and sustainability. She looks forward to working with like-minded colleagues to make a positive impact on the environment by applying the core principles of our science.

Meg Martineau

Meghan Martineau is a BCBA-D working in the public schools, and is an active member of Green Newton School Connections. She obtained her masters in behavior analysis from Northeastern University, and her Ph.D in behavior analysis from Western New England University. She is very passionate about using ABA to help the world heal from the climate crisis.

Molly Benson

Molly Benson M.S.Sp.Ed BCBA has been advocating for individuals with disabilities for the past 20 years. She is a special education teacher in a Life Skills Program at a public high school. Recent accomplishments include being honored in a resolution by City Council with her students, for their commitment to environmental stewardship and education, and with Jonathan Kimball, co-developed and is engaging in waste diversion research in a high school cafeteria that received the 2019 Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy (BABAT) Behavior Change for a Sustainable World research award. She is a member of Applied Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) Special Interest Group (SIG) Behaviorists For Social Responsibility (BFSR), and is active within the Sustainability Subcommittee.
